Working on the layout proves to be more difficult than expected. Ever tried finding a nice header of Nu!Trek or Pinto? Or just nice images to butcher into layouts for that matter. |

And it's not even their "we never release anything, but hog a million licenses" attitude. On their forums they are posting:
Would you like to see DQ re-launch as a Shinkosha-exclusive publisher?
Now don't get me wrong, Shinkosha *does* publish great yaoi manga. They do, they do... and while I was browsing for yaoi on their webbi this immeadiately jumped my attention:

This just leaves me speechless. The company would go down in flames if it was from, let's say, the US.
Shinkosha is a bunch of sick, pedohile fucks and DQ wants to merge with them? So when I read Maiden Rose (in the far away future - 2012?) I have to keep in mind that I'm supporting this side business of their parent company with yaoi?
How can they even contemplate working with Shinkosha, I wonder? This is literally selling out your soul to the devil. Or worse. |

On the bright side: still a few days of "vacation" to go. Hah. Meaning more work to wrap up before great-new-work starts. More than one day off a year is for losers anyway. |
